Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your product within 30 days from the original purchase date, we offer the option of a replacement product of your choice (of equal value) or a full refund.

Please note that this satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made directly from the Delightful Chews website. It is also restricted to the original end-user purchaser. Delightful Chews may, at its discretion, verify information and request valid proof of purchase to validate a guarantee request. We reserve the right to decline any requests if we suspect fraud or abuse of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

We regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds for orders where customers have neglected to apply a promotional code during the checkout process. It is crucial to ensure the accurate input of all applicable promo codes at the time of purchase, as we are unable to accommodate retroactive adjustments or issue refunds for missed discounts. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before finalizing payment to ensure the proper application of any available promotional offers.

If a customer requests a refund but has since changed their credit card information since the date of purchase, please be aware that we can only issue a store credit, as refunding to a new credit card is not feasible.

Ineligible items for returns or exchanges include gift cards and products marked as final sale. Requests for exchanges, refunds, or returns will not be processed if 30 days have passed since the original purchase date.

Once an order is processed, we may be unable to make changes before shipment; however, please notify us immediately of any potential errors, and we will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.

To request an exchange, refund, or return, please send an email to with your order number and the reason for your request. For exchanges, kindly specify the comparable product you wish to receive.

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond within 48 business hours (excluding holidays) to confirm approval or denial of your request. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and you should see the funds returned to your account within this timeframe. Approved returns will receive an email containing a prepaid return label for sending the item(s) back.

Please note that to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and fully sealed.
